Step of Applications:

1. Proper cleaning the surface by using Power and Manuel tools

2. Open the hair and air crack (visible and non visible cracks) filling with chemical and layer coating (formation of sealant) before Cuba.

Grouting (injection Method) Structure Repair

The grouting maybe a cementitious, resinous or solution chemical mixture. the greatest use of pressure grouting is to improve Geo materials (soil & rock). the purpose of grouting can be either to strength a formation or to reduce water flow through it. it is also used to correct faults in concrete and masonry  structures (structure repair). since 1st usage in the 19th century, grouting has been performed on the foundation of virtually on every one of the world largest dams in order to reduce the amount of leakage through the rock and some times to strengthen the foundation to support the weight of the over lying structure, be it of concrete, earth or rock fill it is also a key procedure in the creation of post-tensioned pre stressed concrete, a material used in many concrete bridge designs, among other places.

Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy Flooring is the general term for a permanent covering of a floor, or for the work of installing such a floor covering. Floor covering is a term to generically describe any finish material applied over a floor structure to provide a walking surface and beauty and refered to domestic, commercial, industrial . Both terms are used interchangeably but floor covering refers more to loose-laid materials.

Washroom Waterproofing

Three step of washroom (1,surface cleaning with manual and power-tool opening air & hair cracks, 2. dam-proofing coating, 3.Geo textile sealing at corner) waterproofing coating formed Before the toilet slab is casted a foot below slab, then plumbing pipes are laid as designed, then cover the pipes with filler materials, followed by tiling on top.

Under Ground Water Tank Chemical Waterproofing

The structural damage:

Very often after few months of service, water tank starts to leak because of the underground water pressure during rainy season. If there is a crack, underground water and the soluble salts will infiltrate and cause the structural damage.

The materials cannot assure the waterproof:

The materials used to build water tanks cannot assure the waterproof property.

Structure of water tank cannot be completely rigid:

Properly designed structure of water tank cannot be expected to be completely rigid. Water ingress can be likely when there is slight structural movement.

The waterproof product supports drinking water:

Surfaces of water tank can be damage and moldy from moisture. It is therefore strongly recommended that the waterproofing product in used has to be compatible with drinking water.

Install a proper waterproofing system:

Not only properly designed structure is needed for building a water tank, but also a decent waterproofing system in order to prevent water pressure from both underground (negative) and inside the tank (positive). This is because to fix the leakage

  • Apply waterproofing system both inside and outside of water tanks.

  • Cement Based Adhessive  performs the resistant property both to positive and negative water pressures and also compatibility to drinking water.

  • Before application proper cleaning and crack such as air & hair crack to identified before plastering.

  • min two coating is compulsory.

Expansion joint Waterproofing

expansion-joint final.jpg

Treatment Of Expansion Joints:

Expansion joints are installed to manage the coefficient of thermal expansion over large spans of concrete. The waterproofing material must not only cope with the movement of the building, but also be designed to resist aging that leads to the weakening of the bond on the concrete and causes failure of the system.

A flexible material is essential so that it does not crack with movement.

We offer a flexible and highly durable tape for expansion joints with high elasticity to accommodate the thermal movement and, at the same time waterproofing the leakage prone joint.

1. Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) slab

2. Apply 1st coat of concrete adhesive

3. Press the Expansion Joint Tape on top of the 1st coat (Place the joint tape over the joint in such a manner ensuring that the central section dips into the joint)

4. Apply 2nd coat

5. Fix the metal flashing to protect the tape

Note: The tape to joint is made using silicone based adhesive M 500

Roof-Garden Waterproofing

green_roof_layers final.gif
Rooftop garden construction consists of two equally important phased applications: the waterproofing application and the garden assembly. The ultimate success of a rooftop garden depends largely on the proper design and installation of both of these applications.

There are three waterproofing design elements that are essential to the success of the system:
1.    Support of added weight to the building. There has to be an inherent compatibility of the rooftop garden and the structure.
2.    Integrity of the waterproofing membrane and system.
3.    Location and size of the roof drains.

The waterproofing application in rooftop garden construction typically mirrors that of plaza deck waterproofing. In this context, the waterproofing membrane is applied to the bottom of the system, in a protected or inverted state. It is the opinion of this author that inverted membrane application is best suited for this type of system construction. This opinion is based on findings of research conducted of rooftop garden assemblies constructed throughout the world over the past 70 years. In this configuration, the inverted membrane is protected from garden components, tools and, to some degree, plant roots.
