  1. Civil Construction:

    • Execute civil works such as RCC, brickwork, plastering, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing.

    • Ensure adherence to structural, architectural, and civil drawings and specifications.

  2. Site Coordination:

    • Work closely with project managers, architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and structural consultants.

    • Coordinate sequencing of civil and allied works to avoid delays or rework.

  3. Quality & Compliance:

  • Plumbing & Sanitation: Integrating water supply lines, sewage systems, and drainage with slabs, walls, and utility shafts during civil execution.

Fire Safety & Suppression Systems:

Embedding fire lines, sprinklers, and hydrant systems during civil construction stages like slab casting and shaft allocation.

Ensuring surfaces, levels, finishes, and partition placements align with the interior design and service requirements post-structural stage.

INTERIOR (additional subject >60% knowledge needed)

supervising the execution of interior spaces, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client requirements. This includes daily activity planning, material right utility, interior finishes, furniture layout coordinations, lighting fixtures coordination with site execution teams.

CONSTRUCTION HANDOVER PROCEDURES

To ensure the smooth, structured, and documented handover of the completed construction project to the client, facility management team, or end users by coordinating all final inspections, approvals, clearances, and documentation as per contract and quality standards.

EXPERTISE

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

  • Postgraduate Diploma or MBA in Project Management (optional, but preferred for senior roles).

  • Certifications (added advantage):

    • PMP (Project Management Professional)

    • Primavera P6 Certification

    • OSHA / Safety Training Certificates

    • LEED / IGBC / Green Building Knowledge
